I'm Joel Arledge, the proud co- owner of Coast to Coast Fish Processing. Let me tell you a bit about how we got started.

My journey in the sportfishing industry began when I was just 15 years old. I spent years working on sportfishing boats, gaining invaluable experience. However, as life often does, I found myself exploring other opportunities after spending a number of years working on sportfishing boats. In my late twenties, fate intervened, and I reconnected with old friends who owned a major fish processing facility in San Diego. I spent a decade working alongside them, learning the industry and developing a deep appreciation for quality and craftsmanship.

But as time went on, I noticed a shift in the industry here in San Diego. Processing availability became increasingly scarce, leaving many fishermen without options. That's when the idea for Elite Fish Processing was born. In 2023, we embarked on a journey to provide fishermen with a professional processing option they could rely on. With a wealth of experience behind us, we set out to deliver top-notch service, quality, and convenience to our customers with Elit Fish Processing. We did very well, met a ton of great people along the way and created a wealth of new friendships.

In Late 2024 my partner Corey and I decided to merge our two companies, Elite Fish Processing and California Fish Processing to create Coast to Coast Fish Processing. At Coast to Coast Fish Processing, we're not just processing fish – we're continuing a legacy of passion and dedication to the sportfishing community. We're thrilled to continue to provide amazing service with a quality product our customers deserve.
